This website serves all pages (except the Forum) as static HTML. It is, however, built using a custom Perl script and the Perl modules HTML::Template and Text:Textile. GNU make is used to keep the site up to date. The site uses a valid table-free CSS layout.
This scheme makes making either a minor change to the content of a single page or a significant change to the look and feel of the entire site equally straightforward.
Pann McCuaig built and hosts this site for his old friend George Drake. Pann has a day job, but is available (for a reasonable fee ) to do small projects of this nature. As an aside, most of the work on this site has been done on a rather old laptop during Pann's daily commute on the Long Island Rail Road.
